- Finish: satin is the most common. Raw, high gloss and one matt black (RAL 9005) option are also available.
- Fixing method: choose between wall rosettes with M8 thread or screw holes, bonding with anaerobic adhesive, and drive-in fixing.
- Post type: check whether the support is made for 42.4×2 mm tube posts or 40x40 mm posts.
Typical applications
Wall brackets carry handrails along stairs and walls in residential, office and public buildings. Bonded and drive-in supports join the handrail to the post on stair and balcony balustrades. Articulated versions let you set the handrail to the angle of the stair flight. Many products are marked for internal and external balustrades.
Frequently asked questions
How are bonded handrail supports fixed?
The pin is bonded into the post tube with anaerobic adhesive. Most bonded supports are made for 42.4×2 mm tube or 40x40 mm posts. Check the post size in the product description.
Can the handrail angle be adjusted?
Articulated supports and brackets allow angle adjustment, which suits stairs. Not all products do. For example, code 001-040 has no angle adjustment.
Which stainless steel grades are available?
Nearly all products are AISI 304. Two products are AISI 316, for example codes 001-036 and 001-038.
