PSG handrail support for balustrade 42.4 mm bonded – AISI 316 stainless steel satin
Handrail support for balustrade designed for 42.4 mm tube system, made of AISI 316 stainless steel with satin finish. The component connects the balustrade post with the handrail and is designed for bonding using anaerobic adhesive — it bonds upon contact with metal and cures after oxygen supply is cut off. This provides a durable, aesthetic and invisible connection without the need for welding on site.
The support base is matched to a post tube with dimensions 42.4 × 2 mm (external diameter × wall thickness), and the saddle at the top accepts a handrail with 42.4 mm diameter. The compact construction with 80 mm height and ø14 mm pin ensures rigid and stable handrail mounting. AISI 316 stainless steel guarantees high corrosion resistance — suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including environments exposed to salt and moisture.
