Customer review guidelines for our store
Altamira customers are welcome to share their experiences with our products. We respect and appreciate all reviews – both positive and negative. However, we reserve the right to remove reviews that do not comply with our guidelines.
Customer reviews relate to products purchased from https://e-altamira.uk. Each review is checked and approved by the Altamira team.
1. How reviews work
- After a purchase, we may ask you for a review by email. Alternatively, you can use the "Write a review" button on the product page.
- Your review will be checked by our team.
- If it complies with our guidelines, it will be published on the product page.
Note: We reserve the right not to publish all reviews, as each is assessed individually.
Review rules
Allowed
- Experiences with the product and its features
- Constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement
- Honest opinions (positive and negative)
Not allowed
- Political, religious or discriminatory content
- Offensive or inappropriate language
- Phone numbers or web addresses
- References to competitors or their prices
- Advertising content
Published opinions do not necessarily reflect the position of Altamira.
2. Review moderation
Are reviews moderated?
Yes. Reviews are not published in the following cases:
- Inappropriate content: Defamatory, offensive, harassing or misleading comments
- Anonymous reviews: Only identified customers may leave reviews
- Advertising: Comments of an exclusively promotional nature
Are both positive and negative reviews shown?
Yes, we publish both.
Can only registered customers review?
Yes, anonymous reviews are not accepted.
3. Your review is not showing?
Possible reasons:
- Technical issues during upload
- Violation of our review guidelines
- Violation of data protection rules
- Maximum number of reviews for this product has been reached
