Comment policy

Altamira customers are encouraged to share their comments about their experiences with our store. We respect and appreciate all types of reviews, whether positive or negative, but we reserve the right to remove them when they do not comply with our comment policy.

The customer review consists of leaving a comment on a product already purchased on https://e-altamira.uk. Every review is subject to analysis and approval by the Altamira. 

1. How reviews work:

  1. When a purchase is complete, we can request a review by e-mail or the customer can voluntarily use the "Leave a review" button on the product page.
  2. The issued review will be available for analysis by our team.
  3. If in accordance with our comment policy, it will be published on the product page.

We reserve the right not to publish all comments sent by customers, which will be analyzed individually.

For your review to be published, the following rules must be followed:

  • It must be focused on the features of the product and your experience with it.
  • It must not contain political, religious, social, or cultural comments that may generate any kind of discrimination or ideological discussion.
  • Do not use offensive terms or words.
  • Do not publish phone numbers or website addresses.
  • Your rating must be in accordance with your comment.
  • No reference to competitors or other prices.
  • Published opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Altamira.

2. How we collect and verify product reviews:

- Do we moderate reviews?

Yes, we moderate reviews. In the following situations the reviews will not be published:

  • Defamatory, offensive, harassing, or misleading comments: All comments need to be respectful towards our contributors. 
  • Anonymous comments: We only accept comments from customers who identify themselves.
  • Promotional comments: If a comment is solely promotional in nature, we will remove it from the site.

- Do we display all reviews (positive and negative)?

Yes, we appreciate the time our customers spend sharing feedback.

- Do reviews come only from logged-in customers?

Yes, anonymous reviews will be rejected.

3. Can’t find your comment on the site?

  • We do may pass by technical difficulties, and your comment could not have been uploaded to the store.
  • We may not have approved it because it broke one of our rules.
  • We may have deleted it because it violated the privacy policies.
  • The number of comments that can be published by the store has been reached.

We reserve the right to remove any comments from the site in accordance with the comments policy.
