Information about the consumer's right to cancel
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1. Consumer right of withdrawal
1.1 Definition of consumer: A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
1.2 Withdrawal period: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
1.3 Observance of the period: To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. Effects of withdrawal
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
2.2 We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
2.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
2.4 You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal.
2.5 The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
2.6 You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
