14-day return right

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason.

Important notes

  • For returns due to customer error, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Goods must be packaged so as to be protected against transport damage.

  • Shipping costs reimbursed
  • Full refund of purchase price

  • Shipping costs borne by the buyer
  • Diminished value deducted from refund
  • Any repair costs borne by the buyer

How long does processing take?

Usually 8–10 working days.

Can I return multiple products at once?

Yes, all products must be listed on the return form and still be within the 14-day period.

Is a refund possible?

Yes, if the 14-day period has not been exceeded and the goods are returned in perfect condition.

Returns are not accepted if:

• Items are missing from the sealed packaging
• Items are damaged or worn
• The 14-day period has been exceeded
