Information about returns, exchanges and refunds
14-day return right
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason.
Important notes
- For returns due to customer error, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Goods must be packaged so as to be protected against transport damage.
Return procedure – step by step
1. Contact: Inform us by email at info@e-altamira.uk of your wish to return or exchange. State the reason and the products concerned.
2. Wait for confirmation: Within 4 working days you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Packaging: Avoid damage and contamination. Send the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories.
4. Dispatch: Send the parcel to our warehouse:

5. Inspection: After receipt we inspect the goods and inform you of the result.
6. Refund: After successful inspection, within a few working days to your original payment method.
7. Exchange: In the case of an exchange, we send the desired replacement product after inspection.

Usually 8–10 working days.
Can I return multiple products at once?
Yes, all products must be listed on the return form and still be within the 14-day period.
Is a refund possible?
Yes, if the 14-day period has not been exceeded and the goods are returned in perfect condition.
