Complaints and returns

The customer is required to return the purchased goods without delay, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days.

  • For returns due to customer error, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Goods must be packaged to prevent transport damage.

How does the return/exchange work?

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.


2) We point out that the aforementioned clause 1 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Detailed information on the return and refund procedure

How does the return/exchange work?

1. Inform us by e-mail info@e-altamira.uk with details of why the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, please use the form above to complete the email.
2. You will receive an email within 4 business days to let you know if you are eligible for a return/exchange.

Only when you have received the confirmation email, proceed with the following steps.

3. Avoid damage and contamination of the product(s), return the product(s) to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging.
4. Send the package to the warehouse.

  • For returns due to customer error, any loss in value (as assessed by the manufacturer) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Repair costs are charged to the buyer.

5. After receiving and checking the content requirements, you will be informed about the result. If it is satisfactory, we can start processing the application.
6. Return: Once we have processed your returned goods, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund may take up to a few business days.
7. Exchange: Once we have processed the product(s) you wish to exchange, we will send you the new desired product(s).

How long will it take to receive my returned product?
- It takes between 8 and 10 business days for us to receive the product(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Can I return multiple products at once?
- Yes, however all products must be listed on the return form with the date of purchase and still within the time limit (days) for the return to be accepted.

Refunds

Is it possible to make refunds?
- Yes, if the deadline of 14 days for refunds is not exceeded.

In what cases are refunds not accepted?

1. The items are missing from the sealed package.
2. The items are damaged and worn.
