1. Shipping Methods and Tracking
Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, as well as the chosen payment method, we work with the following courier services:
GLS Courier
Fast and efficient parcel delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time through the GLS Tracking Portal.
We work with professional freight forwarders to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email.

Important: Delivery vehicles are not equipped with technical aids for unloading, such as cranes or lifting platforms. The customer is responsible for unloading the goods upon receipt.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method, weight, and dimensions of the order. Simply add the desired items to your cart and choose a shipping and payment option at checkout. The final shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in the order overview.
Important: Orders containing oversized or particularly heavy items may incur higher shipping costs.
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days after receipt of payment.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order status will change to "In Progress".
You will be informed by email about every status change of your order.

4. Product Availability
We maintain high stock levels to ensure all listed products are available and ready for shipment in large quantities.
If your order contains multiple items, the shipping date will be determined by the product with the longest processing time.
5. Holidays in Poland
Our warehouses are located in Poland. Please note that holidays in Poland may affect processing and delivery times. On these days, neither warehouse staff nor courier services are operating. Reduced working hours also apply on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
