1) Shipping method and tracking
GLS courier
Fast and efficient parcel delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment in real time via the GLS tracking portal.
2) Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method and the weight and dimensions of the order. Add products to your cart and select a shipping and payment method at checkout — the final shipping costs will be calculated automatically and displayed in the order summary.

Note: Oversized or particularly heavy orders may require special handling and increase shipping costs.
3) Payment and when the time starts
- Instant payments (card, PayPal, Google Pay): processing can begin immediately after payment confirmation.
- Bank transfer: processing starts only once the payment is reflected in our account. Bank transfer times vary and can add up to 2 business days before the 4–10 business day delivery window begins.
4) Product availability
We keep inventory levels high to ensure products are available and ready to ship even in larger quantities. If an order includes multiple products, the dispatch date is determined by the longest processing time.
5) Holidays in Poland
Our warehouses are located in Poland. Polish public holidays may affect order processing and shipping. On the days listed below, the warehouse is closed and many transport services do not operate.

- Dec 25 — Christmas Day
- Dec 26 — Boxing Day / St. Stephen’s Day
- Dec 31 — New Year’s Eve (may operate with shortened hours)
