Delivery: price and time
Delivery methods, times and costs for orders to Ireland, and how public holidays in Poland affect dispatch.

4 to 10 business days after payment confirmation: order preparation plus transport.
Delivery methods and tracking
GLS (parcels). Fast parcel delivery. When your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and can follow the shipment on the GLS website.
Dachser or DB Schenker (pallets and bulky goods). For heavy and bulky consignments. You receive tracking information by email, and the carrier usually contacts you to agree the delivery date.
Full truckload (FTL). For very large orders shipped on a dedicated truck. You receive the tracking information by email after dispatch.
Delivery vehicles do not have a crane or tail lift. The customer is responsible for unloading on delivery, so please arrange people or equipment for the delivery day.
Delivery costs and times
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and on the weight and size of the order. Add the products to the basket and enter the delivery address: the exact cost is calculated automatically and shown in the order summary before you confirm.

Oversized or particularly heavy orders may need special handling, which can increase the delivery cost. We contact you before dispatch if this applies.
When the delivery time starts
- Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal: preparation starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Bank transfer: preparation starts when the payment reaches our account. Depending on your bank, this can add up to 2 business days.
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. When the payment is confirmed, the order status changes to Processing, and you receive an email at every further status change, including dispatch with the tracking link.
Product availability
We keep high stock levels so that most products are ready to ship, also in larger quantities. If an order contains several products, it is dispatched when the product with the longest preparation time is ready. The availability status is shown on every product page.
Public holidays in Poland
Our warehouse is in Poland. On Polish public holidays the warehouse is closed and many transport services do not operate, so orders placed shortly before these days may be dispatched a day or two later.
