How to place an order
A short step-by-step guide to ordering in our store.
Step 1 – Select products
- Browse the product categories or use the search function to find the items you want.
- Each product page contains important technical and commercial information.
- Registered customers can save products and return to them later.
- Add selected products to the basket.
- When you are ready, open the basket.
Step 2 – Check the basket
- Check the selected products and quantities.
- Update quantities and press "Recalculate" to update totals.
- Use the "x" symbol to remove items.
- Select your preferred delivery and payment method.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount field.
- Continue by pressing "Order now".
Step 3 – Submit the order
- If you already have an account, log in and continue your order.
- If you do not have an account, you can create one during the order process or order as a guest.
Why create an account?
- Track your order status and view order history.
- Save your details for faster orders in the future.
- Receive individual discounts and special offers.
Guest order limitations
- Order tracking and history are not available in your account.
- Saved details and access to discounts are not available for future orders.
- Enter your billing details and contact information.
- If delivery is to a different address, select "Different delivery address" and complete the details.
- Use the "Notes" field for additional contractual or logistical information.
- Press "Summary" to check all entered data.
- Finalise by pressing "Submit order".
- You will receive an email with a confirmation link for your order.
Note: Registered customers can track their order status at any time in their customer account.
