PSG flat handrail support corner 90° bonded – AISI 304 steel system 40x40
Corner flat handrail support designed for balustrade systems with square post 40x40 mm. The connector enables quick and aesthetic connection of flat handrail to corner post at 90° angle. The element is mounted using anaerobic bonding method — the adhesive bonds under the influence of contact with metal and hardens after cutting off air supply, ensuring a permanent and invisible connection without the need for welding.
Made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish, the support perfectly complements other elements of stainless steel balustrade systems. The satin surface is scratch-resistant and easy to keep clean, which is particularly important in public buildings and residential properties.

Application and mounting
The support serves as a corner connector between 40x40 mm square post and flat balustrade handrail. The pin with 14x14 mm cross-section enters inside the handrail, whilst the bottom part is seated in the post profile. For mounting, anaerobic adhesive should be used — the connection is permanent, aesthetic and requires no visible connecting elements. Thanks to this, the finished balustrade maintains a minimalist, modern appearance.
