PSG cross handrail support 42.4 mm bonded – AISI 304 stainless steel satin
Cross handrail support designed for balustrade systems with 42.4 mm diameter. Serves as a handrail grip mount installed directly in the post — ensures stable and aesthetic connection of the handrail tube to the supporting post. Product intended for bonded mounting using anaerobic adhesive, which guarantees permanent, invisible connection without welding or screws.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish — material resistant to corrosion, ideal for internal and external applications in balustrades of residential, office and public utility buildings. Satin surface gives elements a modern, cohesive appearance and requires no additional finishing after installation.

Installation and application
Support is mounted crosswise — bonded into the interior of a post with 42.4 × 2 mm diameter using anaerobic adhesive. Profiled saddle in the upper part perfectly fits the Ø42.4 mm handrail tube, ensuring full contact and connection stability. Mounting hole Ø8.5 mm allows additional securing with screw if required by installation conditions.
Component intended for professional balustrade and handrail systems — suitable for both internal installations (staircases, mezzanines, internal balconies) and external applications (terraces, external stairs). Thanks to bonded mounting, the installation team avoids the need for on-site welding, which significantly speeds up realisation and eliminates heat treatment marks on finished elements.
