PSG corner handrail support 42.4 mm bonded – AISI 304 stainless steel polished
Corner handrail support designed for mounting in a balustrade post with diameter 42.4×2 mm. Fixed element (non-adjustable), mounted using anaerobic bonding method — ensures a permanent and aesthetic connection between handrail and post at 90° angle. Ideal solution for installation teams working on stainless steel balustrades in the 42.4 mm system.
The support is made from AISI 304 stainless steel with polished finish, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and elegant appearance. The construction consists of a cylindrical base fitted to the 42.4×2 mm post tube, a pin with diameter Ø14 mm and a mounting plate with two holes, on which the handrail with diameter 42.4 mm rests. The height from post to handrail after installation is 80 mm.
Installation involves bonding the support base into the interior of the post using anaerobic adhesive — without welding or drilling. This makes installation quick, clean and requires no finishing work after mounting.
