Reinforced balustrade post base for welding fi 100 mm – AISI 304 stainless steel
Reinforced balustrade post base for welding designed for permanent mounting of round posts with diameter 48.3 mm. Thanks to four reinforcing ribs, it ensures high stability and strength of the entire balustrade structure, eliminating the risk of looseness or deformation at the connection point between the post and substrate.
Product made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with raw finish — ready for welding and further processing. The mounting element can be covered with a dedicated cover plate (available separately) after installation, which enhances the aesthetics of the finished balustrade and conceals visible attachment points.

Application and mounting
The base is designed for welding balustrade posts with diameter 48.3 mm. Two mounting holes fi 11 mm with 74 mm spacing enable additional mechanical attachment to the substrate using anchor bolts. Cross rib reinforcement transfers loads from the post evenly across the entire base surface, which is crucial for balustrades exposed to high lateral forces.
The element forms part of the 48.3 mm balustrade system. The range also includes post bases in round and square variants with various dimensions, allowing solutions to be tailored to individual requirements of each project.
