Description
PSG flat handrail support bonded to 40×40 mm post – AISI 304 stainless steel satin
Flat handrail support designed for square posts of the 40×40 mm system with 2 mm wall thickness. A connecting element between the post and flat handrail, installed using anaerobic bonding method — ensures a durable, aesthetic and invisible connection without screws at the joint with the post.
Construction and installation
The lower part of the support is inserted and bonded directly into the interior of the square post 40×40/2 mm using anaerobic adhesive. The vertical bracket transfers the load to the upper, oval mounting plate with two holes, to which the flat handrail is bolted. This design eliminates visible connecting elements on the outside of the post, giving a smooth, modern appearance to the entire balustrade.
