PSG stainless steel balustrade handrail support 42.4 mm for 40x40 mm post – bonded, satin
PSG handrail support is a precisely manufactured connector made from AISI 304 stainless steel in satin finish, designed to connect a square post 40×40 mm with a handrail of 42.4 mm diameter. The component is mounted using anaerobic bonding method — ensuring a permanent, aesthetic and invisible connection without welding, which significantly speeds up balustrade installation on site.
High quality satin finish guarantees a uniform, matt appearance of the entire balustrade construction. The stainless steel surface is extremely easy to keep clean — most dirt can be removed with a dry microfibre cloth, and grease stains with a dedicated stainless steel cleaner.
Bonded mounting
The support is designed to be bonded into the post using anaerobic adhesive. The adhesive cures upon contact with metal and hardens after air supply is cut off, creating a permanent and durable connection. The mounting pin measuring 14×14 mm is inserted into the square post profile interior, ensuring precise alignment and construction stability.
