How to choose
- Material: most products are steel. AISI 304 and A2 stainless steel, aluminium and plastic are also available in smaller numbers.
- Mounting method: choose wall-embedded, weld-on, with plate or bolt-on to suit the post and base.
- Post and plinth size: panel clamps are made for 40x60 mm posts. Plinth channels come in 200x50, 200x55 and 250x50 mm.
- Finish: galvanised steel is available plain or powder-coated, for example in RAL 7016 anthracite, black, green and brown.
- Mesh wire: panel clamp sets include spacers for 4 mm wire as standard.
Typical applications
Panel clamps fix mesh fence panels to posts. Corner and end clamps finish the run, and 1/2 inch clamps also serve for mounting gates and tensioning mesh. Plinth channel connectors bolt to the post and hold plinth boards. These parts suit residential, industrial and allotment fencing.
