Locinox PUMA – Hydraulic Self-Closing Hinge 180° for Gates, Black RAL 9005

Locinox PUMA is a professional hydraulic self-closer with built-in 180° hinge, designed for gates weighing up to 75 kg. Its compact construction combines the hinge and self-closing function in a single component, significantly reducing installation time and eliminating the need for separate parts. The set includes a pair of hinges — an upper one with a built-in hydraulic mechanism and a lower support element.

Thanks to the hydraulic mechanism, the gate closes smoothly and quietly, without slamming. The closing speed adjustment system allows precise adaptation to operating conditions — from slow, controlled closing for pool gates to fast closing in high-traffic facilities.

Universal Installation

PUMA works with both round posts (from Ø47 mm) and square/rectangular posts. The mounting brackets are fixed using 6 holes with a diameter of Ø15 mm, arranged with a vertical spacing of 70 mm. Thanks to the built-in three-dimensional adjustment system — ±15 mm horizontally and ±20 mm vertically — the installer can perfectly level the gate even with minor post inaccuracies.

The required mounting gap between the post and the gate frame ranges from 10 to 25 mm, ensuring flexibility in adapting to various fence configurations.

Dimensions and Technical Parameters

Installation on Square Posts

When installing on square-profile posts, the mounting holes should be positioned 30 mm from the edge of the post and 20 mm from the edge of the gate frame. The TIGER mechanism built into the lower part of the hinge allows smooth adjustment of the closing force and speed directly on site — without the need for disassembly.
