Locinox Mammoth HD is a robust, hydraulic self-closing mechanism integrated with a hinge, designed for heavy fence gates weighing up to 200 kg and up to 2000 mm wide. Thanks to the Quick-Fix system, installation is quick and repeatable — an ideal solution for installation teams fitting fences on a large scale.
The hydraulic mechanism ensures smooth and quiet closing of the gate across the full 180° opening angle. The hinge does not require an external power source — the entire closing mechanism is hidden inside a compact, silver aluminium alloy housing.
Mammoth HD set
The product consists of two components: an upper hydraulic self-closer measuring 405 mm in height and a lower load-bearing hinge measuring 200 mm in height. Both parts are fixed to the fence post and gate frame using a total of 8 mounting holes with a diameter of Ø15 mm. The Quick-Fix system allows precise adjustment of the gate position even after the hinges have been installed.
Versatile application
The Mammoth HD works well on gates made from steel profiles, mesh fencing, as well as elegant aluminium or vinyl gates. Regardless of the fence type, the self-closing hinge ensures reliable closing and an aesthetic installation appearance.
