Full Glass Balustrades: Profiles, Kits and Handrails for Glass
Full Glass Balustrades brings together the components for fitting glass panels in aluminium U/L profiles and finishing them with handrails. It covers mounting kits, glass clamps, gaskets, connectors, end caps, tools and French balcony sets. It is intended for installers and builders working on all-glass balustrades.

How to choose
- Glass thickness: match the kit or gasket to the pane: 12–13.52, 16–17.52 or 20–21.52 mm. The overlay handrail covers 8–21.52 mm.
- Profile and length: choose U/L (2500 or 5000 mm) or KF U/L/Y kits to suit your profile. The kits differ in the number of component sets supplied.
- Material and finish: most items are aluminium, matt anodised or black RAL 9005. The overlay handrail is AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Handrail shape: choose round Ø40 mm with matching elbows and connectors, or rectangular 30.1 × 25 mm with replaceable EPDM gaskets.
- Mounting method: glass grips and clamps are fixed with adhesive or silicone, without drilling. The overlay handrail needs no drilling or welding.
Typical applications
These components are used in all-glass balustrades on staircases, mezzanines, balconies and terraces. Several fittings are suitable for internal and external balustrades. The mounting kits also suit glass partition walls and full-glass enclosures. Glass is held at 90° with ±1° adjustment, with no extra corrective parts.

Which glass thicknesses do the mounting kits cover?
The kits are available for 12–13.52 mm, 16–17.52 mm and 20–21.52 mm glass. Each kit is designed for one thickness range, so check it before ordering.
What temperatures do the EPDM gaskets withstand?
The Kozza EPDM gaskets are rated for -40°C to +100°C. They are also described as resistant to UV, ozone and chemicals.
Can the handrails be fitted without drilling?
The 40×40 mm AISI 304 overlay handrail is installed without drilling or welding. The Kozza grips and clamps are fixed with adhesive or silicone, also without drilling.
