Mounting kit for aluminium U/L profiles is a complete solution designed for the professional installation of glass panels with a thickness of 16 to 17.52 mm in aluminium balustrade and cladding systems. The kit includes all necessary sealing and fixing components for a profile length of 2.5 m (2500 mm), providing the installer with a ready-to-use package for immediate work — with no need to source individual parts separately.
Specially selected rubber seals and plastic mounting components ensure precise stabilisation of the glass panel at 90°, guaranteeing optimal alignment and a clean finish. Installation is fast and straightforward — an ideal solution when fitting multiple balustrades within a short timeframe.

Kit contents
The kit includes two rubber seals, each 2.50 m in length — a front seal and a rear seal. The cross-sectional profile of each seal ensures a secure fit of the glass within the aluminium profile channel, eliminating vibration and play. The black colour of the seals complements the majority of balustrade systems.
Each seal has a different cross-section — the rear seal (wider) presses the glass from the inner side of the profile, whilst the front seal (narrower) provides a neat finish on the outer side. Thanks to the flexibility of the rubber, installation is carried out by hand, without the need for specialist tools.
Plastic mounting components — the kit contains 8 complete sets of distance setting blocks. These act as positioning pads for the glass within the profile — preventing direct contact between the glass and the aluminium, and enabling the weight of the panel to be distributed evenly. The ribbed construction provides high load-bearing capacity despite the compact dimensions.
Each setting block features an angle bracket shape with a flat base, making it easy to position within the profile channel. The components are manufactured from durable plastic that is resistant to deformation under load, ensuring a secure fixing throughout the entire service life of the balustrade.
