Glass compatibility

The KE 105 profile works with three ranges of toughened and laminated glass thickness. Thanks to the GLASSMOVE fixing system, the gaskets inside the profile adapt to the specific glass thickness, ensuring stable and safe installation:
- Glass 12–13.52 mm
- Glass 16–17.52 mm
- Glass 20–21.52 mm
Anchoring method

The profile can be mechanically anchored to the substrate using anchors — the diagrams above show three typical installation variants depending on screed thickness and substrate type. The mounting hole countersinks (Ø 29 mm) allow the screw head to be concealed below the profile surface.
Strength and displacement analysis

The profile has been subjected to finite element method (FEM) analysis. Displacement results are given for a profile with base length 1.0 m under horizontal loading below 500 kg (5000 N), measured from the base to the highest point of the profile. For glass thickness 10+10+1.52 mm and height 1.0 m, the following was achieved:
- Maximum wind loading: 2.65 kN/m²
- Maximum impact loading: 1.35 kN/m
