Kozza KB5000 is a complete French balcony in a flat system, designed for mounting on building facades. The set ensures quick and trouble-free installation — side profiles are factory cut to size, equipped with ready seals, cover caps and end caps. Simply attach the profiles to the wall and mount the glass, without the need for cutting and fitting components on site.
The system has been designed with professional installation teams in mind. High-quality aluminium with anodised finish guarantees durability, resistance to weather conditions and an elegant, modern appearance. Glass with thickness 10–11.52 mm must be ordered separately, according to dimensions resulting from the assembly documentation.
Assembly dimensions and relationships
When planning assembly, the following dimensional relationships are important:
- L — clear opening between inner edges of profiles (opening in wall)
- L + 29 mm — required glass width
- L + 50 mm — total external system width (between outer edges of profiles)
- Minimum anchor axis distance from wall edge: min 60 mm (on both sides)
- Upper profile margin above glass: 6.5 mm
- Lower profile margin below glass: 8.5 mm

Factory-made mounting holes in side profiles are spaced at the following intervals (for glass height H = 1100 mm):

Assembly and application
Assembly of the KB5000 system comes down to three steps: fixing side profiles to the wall using anchors (minimum anchor axis offset from wall edge 60 mm), sliding glass into profiles and closing the cover cap. Factory-prepared mounting holes eliminate the need for drilling and cutting on site, which significantly reduces completion time.
The Kozza KB5000 French balcony is ideal for balcony windows in residential blocks, single-family houses and commercial buildings. The minimalist form and neutral matt anodised finish harmoniously complement both modern and traditional facades.
