How to choose
- Thread and length: the range covers M5, M6, M8 and M10. Match the thread to the existing hole or component.
- Head type: use countersunk heads where the head must sit flush, flanged button heads for a wider bearing surface, and cap nuts to cover thread ends.
- Base material: use the M10×100 anchor for concrete and rivet nuts for sheet metal. Check the thickness range: M6 0.5-3.0 mm, M8 1.0-3.0 mm, M10 1.0-3.5 mm.
- Glass thickness: the gate latch suits glass 10-12.76 mm, with mounting centres of 45 mm.
- Adhesive: Pinox 5243 is for stainless steel with a maximum gap of 0.2 mm and threads up to M36. Use the activator where the adhesive data call for it.
