Pinox – structural polymer adhesive clear 100 ml for metal, glass and plastics
Description
Pinox – structural polymer adhesive clear 100 ml for metal, glass and plastics

Pinox – structural polymer adhesive is a professional, clear preparation designed for permanent bonding of elements exposed to heavy loads. Developed for construction and industrial applications, it provides high mechanical strength of the joint and complete resistance to atmospheric conditions — water, seawater, UV radiation and temperature variations. Thanks to its transparent formula, the joint remains almost invisible, making it an ideal choice for finishing work, mounting balustrades, decorative elements or bonding glass.
Universal application
The adhesive effectively bonds a wide range of materials that installation teams work with daily:
- Aluminium — profiles, frames, lightweight structures
- Steel — load-bearing elements, fittings, balustrades
- Glass — panels, infills, decorative elements
- Rubber — seals, gaskets, dampening elements
- Plastics — housings, finishing elements
- Composites — façade panels, structural elements
- Ceramics — tiles, decorative elements
Distinguishing features of Pinox adhesive

- Clear formula — aesthetic, discreet joint finishing without visible bonding traces; the adhesive does not yellow under UV radiation
- Complete atmospheric resistance — insensitive to water, seawater, UV radiation and temperature variations, allowing use both indoors and outdoors
- High structural strength — designed for joints exposed to heavy loads, ensures stable and durable bonding
- Quick application — requires no additional activators or primers, reducing work time on site
- Maintenance-free durability — joints require no additional protection or periodic maintenance

Curing guidelines
Pinox adhesive cures under the influence of moisture contained in the air. Optimal conditions are temperature above 20°C and relative humidity above 50%. Under such conditions, the curing rate is approximately 2–6 mm per day. When planning outdoor work, it is worth considering the weather forecast — lower humidity or temperature may extend the setting time. The adhesive requires no activators or primers, which simplifies the application process and reduces completion time on site.
Applications in installation practice
The clear formula and wide material compatibility make Pinox adhesive particularly useful for mounting balustrades made of glass and stainless steel, bonding façade elements, joining aluminium profiles and fixing decorative details and finishing elements. Resistance to seawater makes the product suitable for coastal areas and structures exposed to high humidity. The permanent joint requires no maintenance or additional protection — once bonded, elements remain stable for years.
