Expansion through bolt anchor M10×100 made from AISI 304 (A2) stainless steel is a universal fastening element designed for standard fixtures in construction and structural assembly. Supplied complete — with washer and nut — making it ready for immediate use on site without the need to source additional fastening components.
It performs excellently when mounting balustrades, stairs, gates, facades and steel structures, ensuring durable and stable anchoring of elements in concrete. The A2 stainless steel construction guarantees high corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for installations exposed to moisture and variable weather conditions.
Three installation modes — maximum flexibility
The anchor supports three types of fixing, allowing it to be adapted to different installation situations encountered on construction sites:
- Through fixing — the element to be fixed is screwed directly to the substrate through a through hole
- Pre-installation — the anchor is embedded in the substrate before mounting the actual element
- Stand-off installation — enables fixing of elements at a certain distance from the concrete surface
Compatibility with different types of concrete
The anchor can be used in both cracked and non-cracked concrete, which significantly extends the range of applications. Such versatility is particularly valuable in refurbishment projects, where the structure of the concrete substrate is often varied and not always predictable. The installer can apply one solution regardless of the technical condition of the substrate.
