Pressure rubber 8.76mm for 45K1 clamps

The pressure rubber 8.76 mm is a rubber gasket designed to secure glass panels installed in glass balustrades. Inserted between the glass panel and the mounting clamp, it provides stable and safe seating of the panel within the clamp, eliminating vibrations and point stress on the glass.

The gasket is dedicated to clamps from the 45K1 group and matched to glass panes with a thickness of 8.76 mm. Thanks to the use of flexible rubber material, the component effectively compensates for dimensional tolerances of both the glass and the clamp, facilitating installation and ensuring even pressure across the entire contact surface.

Application and Installation

The rubber pads are fitted in pairs — one on each side of the glass panel inside the mounting clamp. A set of 2 pieces constitutes a complete kit required for a single fixing point. When ordering, the number of clamps in the balustrade project should be taken into account and the appropriate number of pressure rubber sets selected accordingly.
