The aluminium H-60 trapezoidal roof bracket with EPDM gasket is a structural component designed for direct mounting of photovoltaic modules on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The 60 mm high profile provides the appropriate distance between the panel and the roof surface, allowing free air circulation beneath the module — natural cooling increases the efficiency of the installation and extends the lifespan of the panels. The bracket works with mid and end clamps, which are fixed to the top channel of the rail using a sliding nut, threaded insert, or hammer-head bolt. Mounting holes are drilled directly on the roof, providing full flexibility to match the spacing of the trapezoidal sheet metal ribs. The integrated EPDM gasket at the base of the profile protects the roof covering from damage and ensures a tight seal at the point of contact with the sheet metal.
