M8 threaded insert type 28/15 (item 9297) is a compact fastening component designed for secure attachment in mounting profiles of photovoltaic systems. Made of A2 stainless steel (1.4301, grade 304) — an austenitic chromium-nickel steel — it provides outstanding corrosion resistance in all weather conditions. The threaded plate is slid into the groove of the aluminium profile and, once the bolt is tightened, locks itself into the channel, creating a secure fixing point without the need for drilling. Thanks to its small dimensions and weight of just 7 g, the component is easy to store and transport, and its simple design allows for quick installation even in hard-to-reach areas of the installation.
