Fencing post 100×100×3 mm with a length of 2.2 m in black RAL 9005 colour is a reinforced load-bearing element designed for constructing palisade fencing – both residential and industrial. Made from a square steel section with increased wall thickness, it ensures exceptional stability and rigidity of the entire fencing structure.
The 100×100 mm cross-section combined with 3.0 mm wall thickness makes this post perfectly suitable as support for heavy and tall palisade panels. The increased wall thickness compared to standard 2 mm models translates to higher load capacity and resistance to mechanical loads – including wind pressure on large panel surfaces. The 2.2 m length allows for constructing fencing with panel heights up to approximately 1.5–1.7 m whilst maintaining appropriate foundation embedding depth.
Finish and anti-corrosion protection
The post is covered with powder coating in black RAL 9005 applied over a zinc layer. The two-stage protection – galvanising plus powder coating – ensures years of protection against corrosion and atmospheric conditions. Installation and application
In standard configuration, the post is designed for ground installation in point concrete foundations. It is also possible to use a steel base plate for the post, which enables bolting to hard surfaces, plinths or dwarf walls. Fencing panels are mounted to posts using side or rear fixings – depending on the chosen panel model. The recommended centre-to-centre spacing of posts for panels of typical width is 265 cm.
