Adjustable hinge with rectangular plate is a durable mounting element designed for gate installation. Thanks to the M16 thread and the ability to adjust at any time after installation completion, the hinge allows precise adjustment of the gate leaf positioning — even in case of sagging construction or thermal deformations resulting from extreme weather conditions.
The rectangular plate measuring 85 × 55 mm is equipped with four slotted holes, ensuring solid attachment to the post and facilitating position correction during installation. The galvanised steel construction guarantees high corrosion resistance — the hinge is fully adapted for many years of outdoor operation. The hinge eye has a black finish.
Adjustment is carried out using the nut on the threaded bolt — simply tighten or loosen it to compensate for changes in gate leaf geometry. This is particularly important for metal gate installations, where seasonal temperature differences can cause shrinking and expansion of steel elements.
