Fencing post 100×100×3 mm with a length of 2.2 m in graphite colour RAL 7016 is a reinforced load-bearing element designed for construction of palisade fencing – both residential and industrial. Made from square steel profile with thicker wall 3 mm, it ensures enhanced rigidity and load capacity of the entire fence structure.
Cross-section 100×100 mm combined with wall thickness 3.0 mm makes the post perfectly suitable as support for heavy palisade and panel spans. Increased wall thickness compared to standard 2 mm versions translates to higher mechanical strength – particularly important for large spans, in locations exposed to strong wind loads or in industrial applications.
Powder coating in graphite colour RAL 7016 on galvanised primer provides double anti-corrosion protection and modern, elegant fence appearance. Graphite colour is currently the most popular choice, which perfectly complements both panel and palisade fencing.
Installation and application
The post in standard version is designed for ground installation in point concrete foundations. Alternatively, you can use a steel base enabling bolting to hard surface, plinth or retaining wall. Fence spans are mounted to posts using side or rear fixings – depending on the chosen span model. Recommended axial spacing of posts for spans of typical width is 265 cm. Length 2.2 m allows setting the post at appropriate depth in the foundation whilst maintaining sufficient height above ground.
