Aluminium trapezoidal H-100 mounting block with EPDM 330 mm for trapezoidal sheet
H-100 trapezoidal mounting block with EPDM gasket is an aluminium mounting profile designed for direct fixing of photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet. The profile, 100 mm in height, provides sufficient space between the module and the roof surface, allowing air to circulate freely underneath the panel, enabling natural cooling and isolation from the heated roof covering. The mounting block is made of 6060 aluminium alloy, which combines good mechanical strength with high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. The upper mounting channel allows fixing of mid and end clamps using hexagon socket bolts and square nuts — without the need for additional adapters. Holes for mounting bolts are drilled directly on the roof, allowing precise adjustment of spacing to a specific trapezoidal sheet profile.
