5-Roller Sliding Gate Trolley – 80x80 Rail, 650 kg
5-roller sliding gate trolley designed for cantilever sliding gates, engineered for professional installations requiring a load capacity of up to 650 kg. The construction is based on five steel rollers — including one horizontal roller — ensuring stable and smooth guidance of the gate leaf even under heavy loads.
The trolley is compatible with a rail measuring 80×80×5 mm and is permanently mounted to the base plate. The built-in height adjustment mechanism via bolts allows precise levelling of the gate within a range of 139.5–161.5 mm (front view) and 154–176 mm (side view), greatly simplifying installation and compensating for any unevenness in the ground. The entire unit is protected with a zinc coating, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term outdoor performance.
