The Sliding Gate Trolley 68 is a key component of the 68×68 sliding gate system, responsible for smooth, quiet and stable guidance of the gate leaf along the running rail. Fitted with 8 steel rollers arranged across two levels, it ensures even load distribution and eliminates lateral forces acting on the bearings — directly resulting in a longer service life and reduced noise during operation.
Robust Construction and Corrosion Protection
The trolley body is manufactured from high-quality steel, protected against corrosion by electro-galvanising. This ensures full resistance to variable weather conditions — rain, moisture and temperature fluctuations — providing years of trouble-free operation even under intensive use.
The rolling assembly uses 6201 RS ball bearings with rubber seals, which protect the bearing interior from contamination and ensure quiet, smooth roller operation. The two-level running arrangement eliminates lateral forces, further extending bearing service life and reducing rolling resistance.
Easy Installation Adjustment
The base design with M14 bolt fixing allows precise height adjustment of the trolley on foundation anchors — simply add the appropriate washers. This enables the installer to quickly align the gate to site conditions without the need for additional tools or components.
