Running rail 68×68 mm is a steel semi-open channel section designed as a guide track for suspended sliding gates. The six-metre profile ensures smooth and quiet gate travel, eliminating lateral forces acting on the trolley's load-bearing wheels – which directly translates into a longer service life for the entire running mechanism.
The profile is manufactured from steel with a hot-dip galvanised coating, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term durability even in demanding weather conditions. This makes the rail equally well suited for use inside industrial buildings and in installations exposed to moisture, rain, or fluctuating temperatures.
Bolted installation instead of welding – the channel section is factory-drilled with mounting holes measuring 29×11 mm, spaced at regular 400 mm intervals. Bolting the rail to the gate structure is technically simpler and more cost-effective than welding, and additionally eliminates the risk of thermal distortion of the profile, which could otherwise compromise the quality of gate guidance.
