The kit provides the complete running gear for a cantilever sliding gate — simply mount the components on the foundation and the post to obtain a fully functional sliding system.

Carriages — the heart of the system

The two carriages guide and support the gate leaf. Each is fitted with 8 plastic rollers arranged on two levels, which ensures even guidance and stabilisation of the leaf. The plastic rollers run quietly and do not require frequent lubrication, while the 6201 RS ball bearings with rubber seals ensure low rolling resistance and protection against contamination.

Carriage technical specifications

The dimensional drawing shows a cross-section of the carriage with the key dimensions marked. The two-level roller arrangement ensures optimal force distribution, and the double base plate with M14 bolt adjustment allows precise setting of the height and vertical alignment of the gate leaf after installation.

End wheel — stabilisation and protection

The end wheel is mounted at the start of the cantilever gate track. Its galvanised steel construction takes part of the load and stabilises the leaf, improving the smoothness of gate operation. It works together with the gate catcher at the post, which helps the gate close securely and reduces vibration. The end wheel also reduces wear on the carriages and, in winter, minimises the effect of snow and ice on gate operation.

Gate catcher — precise closing

The gate catcher guides the leaf and improves the stability of the entire system. Installation is quick and simple — the element is bolted to the lower part of the end post. Together with the end wheel, it forms a set that guides the gate onto the post, helps it close securely and reduces vibration. On the rear plate there are two mounting holes and a rubber buffer, which cushions the leaf as it comes to a stop.
