Sliding trolley – the heart of the running gear

Each trolley is fitted with eight steel rollers arranged across two running levels. The upper and lower rows of wheels operate alternately during opening and closing of the gate. As a result, each roller set experiences half the wear compared to a traditional 5-roller trolley, which directly translates into an extended service life for the entire running gear.

The trolley design eliminates lateral forces acting on the bearings — the result is quieter operation and greater reliability. Trolley position adjustment is carried out on foundation anchors by inserting shims.

Approach roller – stability and trolley protection

The approach roller is mounted at the start of the self-supporting gate rail. Working in conjunction with the approach bracket at the gate post, it stabilises the gate and ensures reliable closure. The use of an approach roller extends the service life of the sliding trolleys and protects the running gear from the adverse effects of snow and ice. Galvanised element, compatible with the 68x68 system.

Approach bracket – reliable gate closure

The approach socket is one of the fundamental components of the self-supporting gate running gear. Installation is quick and straightforward — the element is bolted to the lower section of the terminal gate post. Combined with the approach roller, it creates a configuration that enables the gate to reach the post and achieve full closure of the system. Galvanised element, compatible with the 68x68 system.
