The Carriage 80 with 9 rollers made of plastic is a reliable running component designed for sliding gates guided on an 80×80×5 mm track. The nine-roller design ensures quiet and smooth operation of the gate, which is particularly important in commercial properties and multi-family residential developments. The rollers are mounted on ball bearings, which guarantees minimal rolling resistance and a long service life, even under intensive use.

Application and installation
The Carriage 80 is designed for professional cantilever sliding gate systems and rail-guided sliding gate systems. The elongated slots in the mounting plate allow precise adjustment of the carriage position, which shortens installation time and makes it easier to calibrate the track. Thanks to the use of plastic rollers, metallic operating noises are eliminated – the gate moves quietly and evenly, without vibrations being transmitted to the fence structure.
