Black End Cap for PV Mounting Profile 40×40 mm – LLDPE Type 1
The end cap for 40×40 mm mounting profiles is a small yet essential component of every photovoltaic installation. Fitted onto the ends of aluminium profiles, it effectively protects the inside of the structure from rainwater, dust and dirt ingress, which could otherwise accelerate corrosion of the steel connectors inside the profile over time. Made from LLDPE polyethylene with a UV stabiliser, it retains full flexibility and durability even in extreme weather conditions — both during intense sunlight and severe frost. Thanks to its precise fit to the profile's cross-section, the end cap sits securely in place and requires no additional tools or fixing elements, speeding up the work of the installation team. The black colour ensures an aesthetic, discreet finish for the support structure.
