Running Trolleys — the Heart of the System

The two running trolleys are responsible for guiding and supporting the gate leaf. Each is fitted with 8 plastic rollers arranged on two levels, ensuring even guidance and stabilisation of the leaf. The plastic rollers operate quietly and require minimal lubrication, while 6201 RS sealed ball bearings guarantee low rolling resistance and protection against contamination.

Ride-On Roller — Stabilisation and Protection

The ride-on roller is mounted at the start of the cantilever rail. Its galvanised steel construction absorbs part of the load and stabilises the gate leaf, improving the overall quality of gate operation. It works in conjunction with the ride-on bracket at the closing post, facilitating secure closure and reducing vibration. The roller also reduces wear on the running trolleys and, during winter, minimises the effect of snow and ice on gate operation.

Ride-On Bracket — Precise Closure

The ride-on socket guides the gate leaf and improves the stability of the entire system. Installation is quick and straightforward — the component is bolted to the lower part of the closing post. Together with the ride-on roller, it forms an assembly that guides the gate onto the post, ensures secure closure and reduces vibration. The rear face features two mounting holes and a rubber buffer that cushions the gate leaf on arrival.
