Complete running gear set for cantilever sliding gates comprising two 6-roller trolleys, a guide bracket and a guide roller. The set is designed for an 80×80×5 mm rail and provides a load capacity of up to 800 kg per trolley, making it the ideal solution for heavier gates with a full leaf surface.
The inclusion of the guide bracket and guide roller distributes the load across a greater number of components, extending the service life of the running trolleys and ensuring smooth, trouble-free gate operation over the long term. All components in the set are galvanised, guaranteeing corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions.
The running trolley with 6 steel rollers (including two horizontal rollers) forms the heart of the sliding system. The swivel construction, connected to the base via a pivot pin, allows for automatic self-alignment to the gate rail, eliminating stress and ensuring even weight distribution.
Height adjustment is carried out using bolts, enabling precise positioning of the gate relative to the ground and the guide rail. This makes installation quick, and any subsequent positional correction is straightforward and requires no disassembly.
