80 Running Trolley – 10-Roller
A trolley designed for heavy cantilever sliding gates. Fitted with 10 steel rollers (including two horizontal rollers), ensuring smooth and quiet operation even under heavy loads. The swivel design connects the trolley to the base via a pivot pin, allowing it to automatically adjust to the rail profile.
The trolley height can be precisely adjusted using bolts, making it easy to level the gate during installation. The maximum load capacity of a single trolley is 1,200 kg, and the use of steel rollers guarantees durability and reliability for years of use. The trolley is designed for an 80×80×5 mm rail.
Guide Bracket
A steel component that stabilises the gate when closed. It plays a key role in distributing the gate's weight across a greater number of support points, which significantly extends the service life of the running trolleys. The bracket is fitted with two plastic guide rollers (88 mm spacing) that gently guide the gate into the closed position. The rear face features two mounting holes and a rubber buffer to absorb impact. Designed for an 80×80 mm rail.
Guide Roller
A steel component mounted at the beginning of the cantilever sliding gate rail. Using a guide roller extends the service life of the running trolleys and protects the rail from dirt, snow and ice. Mounting bolts are included. The roller fits an 80×80×5 mm rail.
