Trapezoidal Bridge Profile from Aluminium 6060 for metal roofs, Type 2 for higher roof connections, 330x70mm, for photovoltaic modules.
The aluminium trapezoidal profile or so-called trapezoidal bridge allows panels to be directly fixed to trapezoidal sheets. It is suitable for fixing photovoltaic panels with centre and end clamps. The terminals are fixed to the top channel of the mounting rail using hexagon socket screws and square nuts. The 70mm high rail provides free airflow under the panel, allowing natural cooling and separation of the panel from the heated roof surface.
Standard trapezoidal bridge length is 330mm. Screw holes are made when the profile is installed on the roof itself.
