Suspension gate trolley with three bearing-mounted rollers — a reliable solution for overhead sliding gate systems. Design and Operating Principle
The trolley is fitted with three rolling-bearing rollers — two vertical steel rollers and one horizontal plastic guide roller. This arrangement ensures stable gate guidance within the rail and minimises rolling resistance, resulting in quiet and effortless operation of the mechanism. The steel rollers carry the main vertical load, while the plastic roller acts as a guide, eliminating lateral play and vibration.
The trolley is permanently fixed to a mounting base with holes, enabling quick and secure attachment to the gate structure. It is designed for use with an 80×80×5 mm guide rail.
