The Gate Trolley 80 is a robust, 5-roller load-bearing component designed for self-supporting sliding gates. Thanks to its swivel construction, the trolley automatically adjusts to the gate rail, ensuring smooth and quiet operation even under heavy loads. The connection to the mounting base is made via a rotating pin that compensates for any installation inaccuracies and unevenness in the running track.
The trolley is fitted with 5 steel rollers — 4 vertical rollers and 1 horizontal roller, which stabilises lateral deflection of the gate. All rollers are mounted on ball bearings, minimising rolling resistance and significantly extending the service life of the mechanism. The component is galvanised, ensuring corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions. The maximum load capacity of the trolley is 650 kg, making it suitable for use with heavy gate leaves — in both residential and industrial applications.
The trolley is compatible with a running rail of 80 × 80 × 5 mm cross-section. The sturdy, solid base with slotted mounting holes (slots) allows precise adjustment of the trolley's position on the foundation, speeding up installation and simplifying alignment of the running track.
