Construction and Operating Principle

The trolley consists of a solid mounting plate fixed to the gate foundation and a body housing five rollers — three main load-bearing rollers and two lateral guide rollers. The nylon rollers, seated on bearings, ensure smooth movement even under heavy loads. A clamping element (clip) allows the gate guide rail to be securely locked into the trolley socket. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, installation is quick and requires no specialist tools — simply bolt the mounting plate to the foundation using screws through the mounting holes.
