The Trolley 80 is a robust, 5-roller swivel carriage designed for self-supporting sliding gates. Its swivel construction allows it to adapt perfectly to the running rail, ensuring smooth and quiet gate operation even under heavy loads – up to 750 kg.
The trolley is fitted with 5 steel rollers, including one horizontal roller, which provide stable guidance of the gate within the rail. The connection to the mounting base is made via a pivot pin, enabling swivel adjustment to the rail and compensation for minor irregularities in the running track.
Height adjustment is carried out using bolts, allowing precise alignment of the gate relative to the rail and ground surface. This is particularly important during installation – eliminating the need for additional shims or spacer elements.
