The 5-roller sliding gate trolley for cantilever sliding gates is a robust running component designed for professional gate systems. Its swivel construction with 5 steel rollers (including one horizontal roller) ensures smooth and quiet gate travel, while the pin connection between the trolley and base plate allows automatic alignment to the guide rail. Construction and Operation
The trolley is fitted with 5 metal rollers mounted on bearings, which ensure an even distribution of load along the guide rail. The horizontal roller stabilises lateral gate movement, eliminating wobble and vibration during travel. The swivel mechanism (a pin connecting the trolley to the mounting base) allows automatic compensation for minor rail deviations, greatly simplifying installation on uneven ground.
Height adjustment is carried out via fixing screws in the base plate, enabling precise gate levelling after the trolley has been installed. The entire component is galvanised, providing corrosion protection and ensuring long-term performance in outdoor conditions.
