The Running Trolley 70 is a robust, 5-roller running component designed for self-supporting sliding gates. Its swivel construction with a pivot pin connecting the trolley to the base plate ensures automatic alignment with the rail profile, resulting in smooth and trouble-free gate operation even under heavy loads — up to 650 kg.
Design and Operating Principle
The trolley is fitted with 5 steel rollers, including one horizontal roller, which work in conjunction with a guide rail measuring 70×70×4 mm. All rollers are mounted on ball bearings, ensuring low rolling resistance and quiet operation. The swivel mechanism allows the trolley to tilt relative to the mounting base — compensating for minor unevenness and rail deflection, while distributing the load evenly across all rollers.
Height adjustment is achieved via bolts in the base plate, allowing precise levelling of the gate during installation. The entire assembly is zinc-coated, protecting the steel components against corrosion and ensuring long-lasting performance in outdoor conditions.
