Carriage 80 for sliding gate – 5 steel rollers, 650 kg
Carriage 80 is a durable, 5-roller load-bearing component designed for cantilever sliding gates. Thanks to its swivel design, the carriage adjusts automatically to the gate track, ensuring smooth and quiet operation even under heavy loads. It is connected to the mounting base by a pivot pin, which compensates for any installation inaccuracies and unevenness of the track.
The carriage is fitted with 5 steel rollers — 4 vertical rollers and 1 horizontal roller, which stabilises lateral movement of the gate. All rollers are mounted on ball bearings, which minimises rolling resistance and significantly extends the service life of the mechanism. The component is galvanised, so it remains corrosion-resistant in outdoor conditions. The maximum load of the carriage is 650 kg, making it suitable for gates with a heavy leaf — in both residential and industrial applications.
The carriage is compatible with a cantilever gate track with a cross-section of 80 × 80 × 5 mm. The stable, solid base with elongated mounting slots allows precise adjustment of the carriage position on the foundation, which speeds up installation and makes it easier to align the track.
