Description

Carriage 80 for sliding gate – 5-wheel, swivel, steel wheels

The Carriage 80 is a durable, 5-wheel swivel carriage designed for cantilever sliding gates. Thanks to its swivel design, it fits the cantilever gate track perfectly, ensuring smooth and quiet gate operation even under heavy loads – up to 750 kg.

The carriage is fitted with 5 steel wheels, including one horizontal wheel, which provide stable guidance of the gate in the track. The connection to the mounting base is made by a pivot pin, which allows the carriage to swivel to match the track and compensate for minor unevenness in the running track.

Height adjustment is carried out with screws, allowing precise positioning of the gate in relation to the track and the ground. This is particularly important during installation – it eliminates the need for additional washers or spacers.

The 180×120 mm mounting base has slotted holes (18×39 mm), which make it easier to adjust the position of the carriage when fixing it to the foundation. The wheel spacing is 140 mm along the longitudinal axis and 68 mm along the transverse axis, and the total depth of the carriage with wheels is 155 mm.
