Carriage 80 is a robust running element designed for light cantilever sliding gates. Fitted with three steel rollers — including one horizontal — it ensures smooth, stable movement of the gate leaf along the 80×80×5 mm cantilever gate track. Thanks to height adjustment using screws, installation is quick and precise, which professional installation teams working on private property and commercial site fencing will appreciate.
Construction and material
The carriage body is made of durable metal and protected with a zinc coating, which guarantees corrosion resistance even in demanding weather conditions. The three rollers, mounted on ball bearings, minimise rolling resistance and ensure quiet, trouble-free operation over a long service life. The carriage is fixed permanently to the base — a solid plate with elongated mounting holes allows precise positioning relative to the cantilever gate track.

Installation and application
The carriage is fixed permanently to the foundation or substrate using screws passing through the elongated holes in the base plate. The oval shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted along the track axis, while the screw height adjustment lets you level the carriage precisely once it is in place. Two carriages are usually used per sliding gate — correct spacing ensures stable guidance of the gate leaf and an even load distribution.
